Who We Are

Isabella is passionate about working in the family business and following in her parent’s footsteps in hopes of being a young entrepreneur. Bella started her work experience at Chick-fil-A, acquiring customer service skills while learning to work in a high-energy environment. At Blue Frog, she works as a Drafter and helps to prepare test fits for our clients. In her spare time, she enjoys working out and spending quality time with her family and friends.

Noelle graduated from Georgia Southern University, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Interior Architecture and Design. She found a passion for design at the beginning of her college career which fueled her motivation to expand her knowledge and grow as a designer. At Blue Frog, she plans to blend creativity with functionality, ensuring that each design is driven by a commitment to balance artistic vision with a practical approach. In her free time, Noelle enjoys hiking, spending time with her family and friends, and loving on her dog, Snoopy.

Laura D’Arienzo of LD Design partners with Blue Frog to curate a personalized set of custom finishes for each client. With 25 years in the construction industry and 14 years specializing in finish design, Laura brings a practical eye and a thoughtful approach to every project, inside and out. She enjoys meeting new clients, getting to know what matters to them, and finding finishes that feel just right. When she’s not working, you will find her with her husband of 20 years, their fur baby Leo, and four boys who keep them busy and laughing.

Will is always eager to apply his experience to growing the pre-construction department. He thrives on making and cultivating new relationships with partnership in mind. Originally from Lilburn, GA, Will, along with his wife Cat and his two children Joie and Knox have recently relocated to Athens, GA.

Cole is excited for the opportunity to strive for and bring continued success to his team and Blue Frog. He looks forward to growing relationships with both clients and his colleagues. Cole is a Georgia native, who loves spending time with his family, watching sports, and being outdoors.

Holden is a seasoned construction professional having managed over $700M in construction projects across a variety of sectors and in multiple markets. He has a passion for instituting new technology platforms and processes that drive deliverables and increase efficiencies in a commonsense application. From estimating to fieldwork to project management, he brings unique multi-faceted perspective to leading with the collective team’s interest in mind. He and his family reside in Athens, GA. Outside of work, you can find Holden and his wife Blair Grace with their three kids enjoying the outdoors, hanging out with friends, traveling, at a UGA football game, or finding some opportunity to create meaningful memories.

Teri is the Permitting Coordinator for Blue Frog. She works closely with the design team, and regulatory agencies to ensure projects stay on schedule and in compliance with regulations in order to avoid costly delays. Teri is highly organized, with meticulous attention to detail, and consistently delivering accurate and timely results. In her spare time she enjoys going on adventurous travels with her wonderful husband and spending time with her children and most of all her grandchildren.

With over 20 years of experience, Nathan oversees his assigned projects in conjunction with the dedicated superintendents. His many years of experience, paired with his dedication to seeing things through, are vital to this role. He handles a broad list of tasks including permitting, pre-construction meetings, budget management, superintendent training, project manager training as well as oversite on projects throughout the United States. Nate is the first line of defense, answering technical questions for our superintendents and project managers, thus keeping the jobs moving. He helps ensure that the finished product is something we can all be proud of.

Jenna brings over a decade of client relations and project management experience to the Blue Frog Team. Her expertise in taking the client from the project's initial conception, through design, development, and execution has made her successful in all of her endeavors”. Originally from Eastern Long Island, she currently resides in Good Hope, GA with her husband Joe, daughter Mia and son Joey.

Jody has been with Blue Frog since 2021. He has 20 years of construction experience with onsite superintendent and project management being his most recent positions. He is dedicated to working with his clients to build their dreams. Jody was born and raised in North Georgia and attended Valdosta State University studying Marketing. He loves spending quality time with his family outside and watching UGA football.

Eliana is a Saint Simons Island native and a proud 2020 graduate of the University of Georgia (go Dawgs!), where she studied biology and global health. After five years in ministry, she’s excited to be working at Blue Frog as a project engineer. Eliana is known for being organized, focused, and fun—a combination that makes her both a dependable and uplifting teammate. Now living in Athens, she enjoys spending time with friends, playing tennis, cooking anything and everything, and going on walks with her rescue German Shorthaired Pointer.

Josephine is originally from Atlanta and graduated from the University of Georgia. After college, she worked in healthcare and was able to channel her keen ability to organize and stay on top of multiple responsibilities. She values the details and making everyone she interacts with feel seen and cared for. Her role, Client Concierge, allows her to advocate for our clients from the very beginning of a project and make sure they are led through the world of commercial construction with care and attention. Josephine and her husband, Mason, love to cook, sip coffee, and play with their chocolate lab, Gus.
