Dr. Ewing came to us with a vision to expand her small animal clinic into a new, ground-up facility that would elevate both patient care and staff experience. The resulting multi-level design includes five exam rooms, separate cat and dog waiting and ward areas (including four dog runs), a spacious isolation room with a sink, lift table, and large dog run, as well as dedicated dental and surgical suites. A central doctor’s office with full visibility into the clinical hub fosters better team communication. Upstairs, we created a comprehensive staff break area complete with sleep rooms, quiet spaces, a fitness room, and access to a rooftop deck for outdoor lunches and gatherings. The design also includes a shaded, fenced-in dog-walking area, ensuring comfort and convenience for every user of the space—human and animal alike.
