Who We Are

Matt comes from a long line of craftsmen and entrepreneurs who taught him the value of hard work. At the age of 15 as a summer laborer, he learned the understanding of measuring twice and cutting once. His passion for construction drew him closer to learning all aspects of the construction industry. When not working, you are likely to find Matt outdoors as he’s an avid outdoorsman. Matt is happily married to his wife Lynn where they live in the North Georgia Mountains with their son and daughter.

As a licensed Professional Engineer with more than 25 years of site design experience nationwide, Kai knows success is not just measured by plan sets or permit stamps, but by creating sites that work for clients, their customers, and their business. As Blue Frog’s Director of Civil Engineering, he turns ideas into buildable sites by tackling challenges head-on and keeping projects on track from first sketch to opening day, always focused on solutions that provide lasting value. Kai has been married to his wife, Kelly, for over 25 years. He is a proud University of Kentucky alum, dad to five, and granddad to three.

Nichole brings creativity, strategy, and heart to every gathering. With a passion for bringing people together, she thrives on planning meaningful conferences and events that not only run smoothly but also leave a lasting impact. Whether coordinating internal initiatives or managing partnerships and philanthropic efforts, she ensures that every detail aligns with the company's mission and values. Outside the office, you’ll find Nichole tending to her home farm, caring for her family, and serving in her local college ministry.

Brooklyn is the Media Director and Office Manager for Blue Frog. She is in charge of capturing and creating curated content to promote, engage and elevate Blue Frog’s social presence while maintaining the daily office tasks. She believes that encouragement and kindness lead others to success. Everyday she finds opportunities to learn and grow in her skills. She finds nature and aesthetically beautiful places to be a source to fill up her creative bucket. Brooklyn is originally from Maryland and is the youngest of four brothers. She graduated from the University of Georgia and currently lives in the Classic City of Athens, GA. She is a travel enthusiast with a passion to capture everything with her camera.

Jackie brings a strong passion for people and serving others well to the team. She loves coming alongside teammates to help move projects forward and ensure every detail is completed with care. With previous experience serving her community through nonprofit work, Jackie has developed a heart for supporting others and creating meaningful impact. She is excited to bring that same commitment and care to Blue Frog as she helps the team serve clients at a high level. Jackie has lived in Athens, Georgia, for over 20 years and loves being part of the community she calls home. When she’s not working, you can usually find her cheering on her kids at their sporting events, navigating the adventures of parenting, or spending as much time outdoors as possible.

Josephine is originally from Atlanta and graduated from the University of Georgia. After college, she worked in healthcare and was able to channel her keen ability to organize and stay on top of multiple responsibilities. She values the details and making everyone she interacts with feel seen and cared for. Her role, Client Concierge, allows her to advocate for our clients from the very beginning of a project and make sure they are led through the world of commercial construction with care and attention. Josephine and her husband, Mason, love to cook, sip coffee, and play with their chocolate lab, Gus.

Isabella is passionate about working in the family business and following in her parent’s footsteps in hopes of being a young entrepreneur. Bella started her work experience at Chick-fil-A, acquiring customer service skills while learning to work in a high-energy environment. At Blue Frog, she works as a Drafter and helps to prepare test fits for our clients. In her spare time, she enjoys working out and spending quality time with her family and friends.

Teri is the Permitting Coordinator for Blue Frog. She works closely with the design team, and regulatory agencies to ensure projects stay on schedule and in compliance with regulations in order to avoid costly delays. Teri is highly organized, with meticulous attention to detail, and consistently delivering accurate and timely results. In her spare time she enjoys going on adventurous travels with her wonderful husband and spending time with her children and most of all her grandchildren.

Joining Blue Frog in 2020, Suzanne’s easy going personality, vast accounting experience and ability to integrate has instantly made her a vital member of the team. Her primary responsibilities include accounts payable, customer billing, payroll and a liaison between accounting and project management. She’s originally from Tuscaloosa, Alabama and a graduate of the University of Alabama, but now as a Georgia girl, she has made her home and raised her children in the Peach State. Her two sons are proud service men, one in the Army and one in the Navy. Somewhat of a fitness freak she loves running, traveling and spending time with her husband Craig and her dog.

A southern girl at heart, Niki was raised in Alabama and received her degree from Auburn University. She now makes her home in Georgia with her husband and two children. Her pleasant personality and desire to help everyone bring a positive atmosphere to the accounting department.

Jason brings over 20 years of diverse experience in the veterinary industry and business operations to Blue Frog. His background includes leadership roles in sales, marketing, and practice development, where he has consistently driven growth and delivered exceptional client results. With a passion for fostering teamwork and tailoring solutions to each client’s unique needs, Jason is committed to ensuring every project exceeds expectations. Jason has held influential positions in the veterinary industry, where he has focused on driving business growth, streamlining operations, and delivering exceptional client experiences. Originally from Idaho, Jason now resides in Goodyear, Arizona, with his family. In his free time, he enjoys outdoor adventures, golf, volunteering with animal welfare organizations, and spending quality time with loved ones.

With over 25 years of experience in the veterinary industry, Ryan is proud to be a part of the Blue Frog team. His extensive background in distribution, start-ups, consolidation, private equity, and brokering makes him a highly qualified consultant dedicated to helping veterinarians achieve their goals. Based in Columbus, Ohio, Ryan lives with his wife Brianne, their six children—ranging from teens to young adults—and two dogs. Outside of work and family life, he enjoys spending his free time on the golf course.
