Vet Specialists of Greater Atlanta

The four partners at Veterinary Specialists of Greater Atlanta set out to build a facility that could support each of their unique specialties in one cohesive, high-functioning space. We designed a clinic that brings together advanced medical technology, patient-centered planning, and a layout that enhances efficiency across disciplines. The facility includes nine standard exam rooms, two additional ophthalmology-specific rooms, and a dedicated ultrasound exam room. To reduce stress for patients, the clinic features separate dog and cat waiting areas, with the feline waiting space fully enclosed.

At the heart of the facility is a large, open treatment area surrounded by four oversized surgery suites, each equipped with surgical booms, advanced medical gas systems, and supported by adjacent clean/dirty pack rooms, scrub areas, and a full induction suite. The clinic is also outfitted with a CT scan suite, digital x-ray capabilities, and an oncology suite complete with a chemo hood. Outside, a fenced area with artificial turf provides a safe and comfortable space for walking dogs. Every element of the design reflects the owners’ commitment to cutting-edge veterinary care and an elevated client experience.
