This veterinary clinic renovation prioritized cost-efficiency while maximizing function and flow. With a large number of existing rooms in place, we strategically preserved as many walls as possible—resulting in seven exam rooms that are more spacious than a typical layout. By keeping the original restrooms, we also minimized plumbing modifications and further reduced construction costs. The design includes separate dog and cat waiting areas and ward rooms, including three built-in dog runs, along with a small isolation room. Clinical spaces feature a two-table dental suite and a surgery suite, both enclosed in glass for visibility and light. An open treatment area connects directly to the doctor’s office, enabling easy oversight, while a large pharmacy/lab room and a dedicated staff break area support both workflow and team wellness.
