Nestled in the heart of Athens, 1051 Baxter is a thoughtfully reimagined building that pairs its historic foundations with modern sophistication—ideal for events, gatherings, and collaborative use. As a boutique venue, it offers versatile spaces perfect for weddings, meetings, and celebrations, while also serving as the home base for The 501 Exchange nonprofit during non-event hours.
Featuring high ceilings, exposed brick walls, and expansive windows, the interior offers a bright, flexible layout with boutique retail concepts. The open floor plan encourages collaboration and the bright, inviting interior is suitable for community events, weddings, and holiday parties. Outside, a redesigned facade and covered walkway enhance curb appeal and provide a welcoming entry experience.
An outstanding partner built for expansion
We were thrilled with the process AND the product. Our only regret is that we didn’t hire Blue Frog for DESIGN and BUILD…if we could go back, we would definitely keep it all under one roof for ease & efficiency. The team & ownership is stellar. Five stars. Would give 6 or 7 if I could.
