Blue Frog is more than a design build firm - it is a crew of creative problem solvers, trusted advisors and industry pros who show up ready to do the work. We’ve built our reputation on integrity, collaboration and a shared drive to leave every space (and relationship) better than we found it.
Aaron served as a Medic in the U.S. Army, where his time in the emergency room helped shape his strong people skills and commitment to service. After his military service, he began working in construction with a focus on historic remodels. That hands-on experience in problem-solving and fieldwork eventually led him into management roles, where he continues to grow and lead in the construction industry today. Beyond his professional life, Aaron is a follower of Christ, a dedicated husband, and a proud father of two. He has a deep love for the outdoors and enjoys hiking and camping whenever possible. One of his long-term personal goals is to hike the entire Appalachian Trail.
Nathanael has been in the construction industry for the majority of his career. He has worked in various construction trades including roofing, siding, concrete, windows, doors, and drywall. Attention to detail and customer satisfaction are his most important priorities. In his spare time, you can find him on the lake, camping in North Georgia, fishing mountain streams, or hiking with his dog, Gwenivere.
Wayne was born and raised in Georgia. He began working in construction at the age of 18 as a laborer in framing, siding, and roofing. With over 25 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, he brings a wealth of knowledge to every project. Family is a big part of his life, and he feels blessed to share it with his wife Sherry, their two sons, and three grandchildren.
Brian has more than 32 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, including over 25 years working overseas in diverse international environments. He also brings 13 years of construction experience, combining decades of leadership, operational expertise, and hands-on industry knowledge. As a Superintendent at Blue Frog, Brian oversees projects with a strong commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency.
Robert brings 20+ years of hands-on trade experience to his role as Superintendent at Blue Frog. Born and raised in Knoxville, TN, he built his expertise from the ground up, including owning and operating his own remodeling company, giving him a deep understanding of what it takes to run a job right. Outside of work, Robert enjoys hitting the open road with his wife on their Harley, spending time with their two grandchildren, hunting, and getting out on the lake.
Brett brings 28 years of sales experience, earning multiple awards for exceeding sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service. He is passionate about building strong client relationships and consistently exceeding customer expectations. For the past eight years, Brett has worked in commercial building management, where he developed and led a high-performing team while implementing proactive procedures to improve building maintenance and operational efficiency. Brett has been married to his wife, Jackie, for 28 years, and together they have two grown children. Outside of work, they enjoy traveling, with Sanibel being one of their favorite destinations.
Joe brings extensive experience in commercial and heavy civil construction, having successfully led projects through every phase of the construction process. His expertise includes field operations, safety management, quality control, scheduling, and delivering projects efficiently while maintaining the highest standards. Known for his strong leadership, accountability, and results-driven approach, Joe is committed to building successful teams and delivering exceptional outcomes for clients. His dedication to consistency, integrity, and quality is reflected in every project he oversees. Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending time with his family and taking advantage of the outdoors, especially hunting.
Chad has spent the past 20 years in construction, building experience across residential, multifamily, and commercial projects. He considers construction more than just a career. It is something he feels called to do, and he is excited to bring that passion and experience to his role as Superintendent at Blue Frog. Outside of work, Chad is a dedicated family man. He and his wife, Megan, have been married for seven years and are raising four kids alongside their three-year-old Goldendoodle, Sully. The whole family loves sports, and when Chad has free time of his own, you'll find him on the golf course, out fishing, or up in the mountains.
Shannon Bradley is a North Georgia native and second-generation builder with a strong background in construction. Following in his father’s footsteps, he developed his skills early and went on to own and operate a custom home building company. He also gained valuable experience working for Norfolk Southern Railway, where he developed a strong focus on safety, coordination, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Shannon is known for his hands-on approach, reliability, and commitment to delivering high-quality results. Outside of work, he is a dedicated Georgia Bulldogs fan who rarely misses a chance to cheer them on and enjoys spending time with his family.
Jake Pepper is a Jefferson native who comes from a family with a strong construction background. Having been around the industry his entire life, he developed an appreciation for the hard work, craftsmanship, and dedication that define quality construction from an early age. At just 20 years old, Jake brings enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to learning while delivering exceptional results on every project. Before beginning his career in construction, he played college baseball, where he developed the discipline, teamwork, and leadership skills that continue to shape his professional approach. Jake is known for his positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to take on new challenges. He is committed to delivering high-quality work and continuously growing both personally and professionally within the construction industry.
Mia is currently a student at the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business, pursuing a degree in Risk Management and Insurance. As an intern at Blue Frog, she is gaining firsthand experience in how the company operates, with a particular focus on risk management. Outside of work and school, you can find Mia enjoying the outdoors, painting, or exploring new restaurants with friends.
Owen is currently enrolled at Georgia Southern University, pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering. Driven by a passion for creation, design, and collaboration, he is committed to turning that passion into a career as a Civil Engineer. Owen began his journey with Blue Frog as a drafter on the design team and has spent the past six summers helping bring our clients' visions to life through precise designs and thoughtful floor plans. Outside of work, Owen enjoys hitting the golf course, wakeboarding, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Blue Frog absolutely exceeded expectations. Having been through a number of builds, my expectations for contractors is generally low but Blue Frog proved to be the exception. Communication was excellent throughout the design and build process. The final product was delivered on-time and on-budget.
Highly recommend Blue Frog for a remodel, lease space, or ground up build for your medical business. I started my relationship with Blue Frog in 2020. Their designers really captured the design style I was seeking. Throughout the build process their were a few road blocks that did arise (it was a build during Covid times after all) and they were great with finding solutions and keeping the project on track. The end result was gorgeous, functional, and delivered on time. I have now been open for 3 years and my building is doing great and I still have a wonderful working relationship with Blue Frog.
The great folks at Blue Frog were so incredibly responsive, efficient, and took such a personal role in things - they definitely are part of the family now! Overall great quality work, fantastic attention to detail, and EVERYONE involved went above and beyond to make things happen with our tight timeline. Blue Frog took control of the project allowing me to continue to do my relief work as well has making sure all aspects were covered in this very tedious process. I was able to focus on what I was good at (veterinary medicine) while they governed everything else that I had little experience in or time to learn. We were thrilled with the process AND the product. Our only regret is that we didn’t hire Blue Frog for DESIGN and BUILD…if we could go back, we would definitely keep it all under one roof for ease & efficiency. The team & ownership is stellar. Five stars. Would give 6 or 7 if I could.
BF was amazing from the very start & as they led us through all of the details from aesthetic design to functionality. The fact that they specialize in veterinary and medical buildings was incredibly helpful. Blue Frog built our original dental office and we have received more positive comments about our office through the years than I can count. Overall, the process of building went very smoothly and the team did a great job communicating and creating a well-built structure. Today, we have outgrown our old office and are embarking with Blue Frog again to repeat the process and create a new functional, yet aesthetic workplace.

Blue Frog held my hand through the entire process of starting my first practice from architectural design, to permitting, construction, and interior design.
