As a licensed Professional Engineer with more than 25 years of site design experience nationwide, Kai knows success is not just measured by plan sets or permit stamps, but by creating sites that work for clients, their customers, and their business. As Blue Frog’s Director of Civil Engineering, he turns ideas into buildable sites by tackling challenges head-on and keeping projects on track from first sketch to opening day, always focused on solutions that provide lasting value. Kai has been married to his wife, Kelly, for over 25 years. He is a proud University of Kentucky alum, dad to five, and granddad to three.
Aaron served as a Medic in the U.S. Army, where his time in the emergency room helped shape his strong people skills and commitment to service. After his military service, he began working in construction with a focus on historic remodels. That hands-on experience in problem-solving and fieldwork eventually led him into management roles, where he continues to grow and lead in the construction industry today. Beyond his professional life, Aaron is a follower of Christ, a dedicated husband, and a proud father of two. He has a deep love for the outdoors and enjoys hiking and camping whenever possible. One of his long-term personal goals is to hike the entire Appalachian Trail.
As Civil Design Manager, Justin leads the development of design strategies and construction documents, ensuring each solution is practical, efficient, and built for long-term success. With nine years of experience as a Civil Designer and Design Software Manager, he brings both technical expertise and a collaborative approach to the design-build process. Justin is known for blending precision with a client-first mindset, helping bridge the gap between vision and constructability while delivering cost-effective solutions. He has been married to his wife, Katy, for 10 years and is the proud father of three. Outside of work, he enjoys sports, cars, and the outdoors.
Carlos brings over 16 years of experience in construction management, leading residential and commercial projects across different countries and Florida. His career combines hands-on expertise with strong business insight, supported by a B.A. in Business Administration and specialized diplomas in finance, project management, and coaching. Originally from South America, he has also lived in Australia and spent time in Switzerland. Now based in the United States, Carlos continues to cultivate lasting relationships and drive excellence in the construction industry.
Wayne was born and raised in Georgia. He began working in construction at the age of 18 as a laborer in framing, siding, and roofing. With over 25 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, he brings a wealth of knowledge to every project. Family is a big part of his life, and he feels blessed to share it with his wife Sherry, their two sons, and three grandchildren.

Blue Frog absolutely exceeded expectations. Having been through a number of builds, my expectations for contractors is generally low but Blue Frog proved to be the exception. Communication was excellent throughout the design and build process. The final product was delivered on-time and on-budget.
Highly recommend Blue Frog for a remodel, lease space, or ground up build for your medical business. I started my relationship with Blue Frog in 2020. Their designers really captured the design style I was seeking. Throughout the build process their were a few road blocks that did arise (it was a build during Covid times after all) and they were great with finding solutions and keeping the project on track. The end result was gorgeous, functional, and delivered on time. I have now been open for 3 years and my building is doing great and I still have a wonderful working relationship with Blue Frog.

Blue Frog took control of the project allowing me to continue to do my relief work as well has making sure all aspects were covered in this very tedious process. I was able to focus on what I was good at (veterinary medicine) while they governed everything else that I had little experience in or time to learn. We were thrilled with the process AND the product. Our only regret is that we didn’t hire Blue Frog for DESIGN and BUILD…if we could go back, we would definitely keep it all under one roof for ease & efficiency. The team & ownership is stellar. Five stars. Would give 6 or 7 if I could.

Blue Frog built our original dental office and we have received more positive comments about our office through the years than I can count. Overall, the process of building went very smoothly and the team did a great job communicating and creating a well-built structure.
