The layout features separate cat and dog ward rooms with two dog runs, a small isolation room, a dedicated dental suite, and a two-table surgery suite. A large, open treatment area allows for clear visibility from surrounding rooms, while a generous staff break area supports team wellness. The facility also includes distinct boarding spaces for dogs and cats, a spacious doggy daycare playroom with ten dog runs, and a separate grooming room. Infrastructure enhancements include a generator for backup power and a specialized mechanical system to manage exhaust from the animal housing and play areas. On the exterior, the building showcases a modern mix of materials—brick and stone veneer, hard coat stucco, corrugated metal, Corten steel, Hardie siding, and metal awnings—paired with horizontal window detailing and expansive two-story windows at the main and comfort room entrances.
