Rock Hard Spirits in Hoschton, GA is housed in a sleek pre-engineered steel building comprising a front retail area and indoor coolers, with a spacious storage section at the rear. Local zoning required a full-brick exterior, lending the structure a timeless, high-quality presence. The project posed a unique challenge— the site was laden with massive rock formations, which we excavated and leveled for construction. Embracing the site’s character, the owner chose to repurpose one of the largest boulders as a landmark feature at the entrance, affixing the store’s logo to it—a distinctive nod to the building’s origin and namesake. This blend of practical construction and creative branding brought both functionality and story to the project.
