This ground-up was designed to support the continued growth of the practice, expanding from a small two-room startup into a full-service facility with five exam rooms, advanced treatment areas, and custom boarding spaces—all on a tight, efficiently planned site.
Veterinary Clinic
After the success of her original two-exam-room startup clinic—designed and built by our team four years earlier—Dr. Wheatley was ready to expand into a space that could grow with her thriving practice. We designed a ground-up, modern veterinary facility tailored to her evolving needs. The new building features five exam rooms, separate waiting areas and ward rooms for cats and dogs, a spacious isolation room with its own exam table and dog run, and dedicated boarding areas—including a playful space just for cats. The site also includes two fenced turf areas: one for daily dog walking and a separate, direct-access isolation yard. Designed on a very tight site, the project even called for additional parking to be added during construction to meet demand and maximize functionality.
