This 20,000 sq. ft. two-story medical facility in Gainesville was designed to support the continued growth of the dermatology practice, featuring a fully customized second-floor clinic with dedicated Mohs and cosmetic treatment areas.
Medical Office + Skin Cancer Center
Following the success of his Athens clinic, Dr. Campbell expanded his dermatology practice into Gainesville with a two-story, 20,000 sq. ft. medical building. His new facility occupies the second floor, while the ground level was designed for a future dental office tenant. The upper floor layout mirrors the efficiency of his Athens location with ten Mohs exam rooms positioned around a central lab, nine general clinical exam rooms, and individualized pods for physician assistants and providers. To support a growing focus on cosmetic dermatology, the design also includes five dedicated cosmetic exam rooms and a separate cosmetic entrance, check-in, and waiting area for an elevated patient experience.
The exterior, a blend of brick and stucco, was thoughtfully designed to meet local development requirements while maintaining a clean, professional aesthetic that aligns with Dr. Campbell’s brand.
