Veterinary Equine Specialty
We were thrilled to reconnect with a former client, Dr. Carter—a mobile large animal veterinarian specializing in equine care—to help bring his vision for a permanent facility to life. Located in the same town where we previously built his small animal clinic, this new equine clinic is designed for both functionality and future growth. The building features a pre-engineered steel structure and roof, with heavy-duty hoist beams installed in the surgery and exam areas to safely maneuver large animal patients.
Inside, the facility includes a fully equipped surgery suite, two exam rooms, multiple recovery stalls, and a pharmacy that supports both in-house and mobile veterinary services. Additional spaces include a large conference room and a comfortable staff lounge. The site also features a drive-through trailer drop-off area and a fenced arena for lameness checks and post-treatment evaluations. Future development plans for the property include constructing a dedicated horse barn and a ground-up small animal clinic.
