This project involved transforming a long-vacant QT gas station building through a comprehensive expansion and full renovation of both interior and exterior spaces. The original gas pump canopy was retained and repurposed for client parking. Previously, we had completed a design-build project for Dr. Cary in a leased restaurant space, but with the practice outgrowing that location, this new facility was designed to accommodate their growth and evolving needs.
The new clinic features six exam rooms, separate waiting areas for cats and dogs, a dedicated dental suite, distinct cat and dog ward rooms, and a small isolation room. To support patient care beyond the building, the site also includes a fenced outdoor area with artificial turf for dog walking—providing a modern, functional veterinary environment designed for both staff and clients.
